When I visited Chico’s Headquarters earlier this year, I saw this leopard print faux fur coat and haaaad to have it once it was for sale. Chico’s remembered how excited I was about this coat and sent it to me as a gift a couple weeks ago. While it’s lovely for early fall days as…
Most of us have a clothing weakness. For some, it’s fun printed pants, for others it may be a fit and flare dress. I know many have a signature color and will buy an item even if they don’t need it or love it on them because it’s in the perfect shade. I’m a sucker…
Tuesday I was invited by a brand to come to New York for a campaign. I’ll be sure to share more details (and photos!) once I have them. I, along with Dani from another DC-based fashion blog called Blonde in the District were part of this campaign and went up to New York a bit…

Yep, DC area born and bred! Glad to have you here, I also write at http://www.wardrobeoygen.com about fashion for real people. Hope I can be of help and don’t be a stranger! 🙂
this is funny! i wondered if you live in D.C. when i saw you refer to “the Metro” in one of your posts! i live in NOVA, and this is *so* true!
this is my first time on your blog. i need HELP! with my wardrobe, and I Googled “Mommy fashion Blogs” and yours came up! i’ll be watching your blog for help, now that I know about your posts, and we’re in the same geographic area (so same weather and stores!)
haha, as soon as it started I knew it was the same guy who did the Arlington Rap. Hilarious.
the arlington rap is also money.
but yes, this metro one is so spot-on!
Oh this made me laugh, gonna make G watch it when he gets home! Any time we go into D.C. we take the metro (unless we’re going to dinner where there’s valet). I think the best part of taking it is watching the tourists who have never been on a freakin’ subway system before. It’s not hard, but damn do they get perplexed.
