Dress: TBags Los Angeles c/o Gwynnie Bee | Bag: HOBO the Original (similar) | Shoes: Nine West “Flax” | Earrings: Argento Vivo

One of the greatest things about a Gwynnie Bee subscription is the selection of dresses perfect for every occasion this holiday season. Be it a prim frock for meeting your significant other's family for the first time, sparkle and glitz for a cocktail party, or something a bit more wild like this for New Years, Gwynnie Bee has it. I fell in love with this dress, it's a simply poly stretch so it's super comfortable and travel-friendly fabric. While I could have dressed this down with black shoes and a black sweater over it, I decided to up the fun factor for a party with silver accessories, big hair, and bold bold lips (it's Revlon ColorBurst Lacquer Balm in Vivacious with Mary Kay lip gloss in Mango Tango over it).

If you haven't tried Gwynnie Bee yet and are size 10 – 32, the holiday season is the perfect time. Get a new outfit for every event on your calendar for a reasonable monthly fee. If you use this link, you can try out Gwynnie Bee for free for 30 days!

  1. First, thanks for ruining my Thanksgiving, because nothing I wear will compare to that dress. Guess I’ll have to wait until Christmas! Two, you look amazing in that dress. Great fit, amazing print, beautiful smile. Three, I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday!

  2. Hi Alison,

I found your blog a few weeks ago and I wanted to say I really love your style! The colors of this dress look awesome on you! Thanks for your posts and your style tips. I have gathered a lot of inspiration from your blog as I recently lost quite a bit of weight and am trying to learn how to dress my new shape. Thanks again!

  3. I hope you find a fabulous holiday party to wear this fabulous dress to. You’re a goddess!

I looked up the website of your dress. You look so much better than the model does in the dress. On her it looks like the dress is on a hanger. This kind of dress needs your kind of curves to fill it out properly. It looks like it was designed and tailored for you.

TBags has some nice dresses that interest me. And I love it that they are made in the USA. The problem is that they do not display them to good advantage on their website. I wish you could model them all so we can see what the dresses really look like.

  4. While the print is too bold for me (at least for being on the entire dress), I was struck by how this dress fits you incredibly well! It looks like it was made with exactly you in mind.

  5. Alison, this hardly ever happens on your blog but this is an example to me of how there can be something in YOU that makes you look gorgeous, when it is otherwise an outfit that I’m not fond of at all. The dress is something from my own personal nightmares but I can say honestly I think you really do look great here. 🙂

  6. I have been reading you for years and never commented (because I am a lazy ass), but I have to break that streak to say HOLY GUACAMOLE YOU LOOK AMAZING!

  7. That is a fabulous fit. As a fellow petite, I know standard sizes often have really long sleeves and plunging necklines can plunge all the way to the belly button, but that dress looks like it was made for you. I’d never heard of TBags, but I think I might give them a try.

  8. excellent indeed!
you need to host a glam cocktail party reminiscent of the late 60s early 70s.
My mom wore such chic ensembles when i was a kid and would make me a dress to match. I love the glamour a full length dress lends
    to any party!
