Tuesday I had the day off because I had some family and personal things to attend to. Lots of running around town. Olive linen puff-sleeve shift dress from Old Navy, faux tiger eye necklace and earrings from beach boutique, black Reef “Sandy” flops. Hair was second day, bedhead straightened with round brush and dryer. Makeup…
Susie, a member of the Wardrobe Oxygen community reached out last month asking if I would share details about a fundraising luncheon for the Brem Foundation, a DC based non-profit committed to advancing early detection of breast cancer for all women, regardless of their ability to pay. I know many people in my life, including…

Saturday morning, my mom and I headed to Annapolis, Maryland for the Hobo International sample sale. I love Hobo bags, and was excited that this event was relatively near to where I live. We had a great time (and will show you my haul in the next post). What I wore: Black and white striped…

That dress is beautiful, flattering, and you just glow in it! I love those dramatic colors as well as the dramatic hi-low style.
Thank you!
You look amazing!! This dress is so beautiful…are you going to part with it?!?
I am. It’s utterly gorgeous but I know it’s not one I’d wear so many times I can just justify the cost.
I think what I like most about this dress is that you seem to be really enjoying it! It’s really very cute on you.
Thank you so much!
Such a pretty outfit! I’m wearing my first high/low dress to a wedding in August and a bit nervous that it’s a bit young for 57YO me. But I really like the way it looks on me, which is rare with dresses recently! It is the “Pleione ruffled high/low shift dress” in red saucy, which I got at the anniversary sale. Got it in black, too, and tempted to keep both.
That is a really lovely dress!
I use that disk to keep my bra straps from showing!!! I always have to have my husband put it on for me though…..do you have a way to do it yourself??
XOXO

Good question. I have a hard time with these, too….
Either Karl does it, or I put on my bra backwards, get the straps through the disc, slide it around and shimmy into place. Option 1 is far preferred! 🙂
What a stunning dress! I think the top is very flattering, and I love how you styled it. I’ll say it again — Gwynnnie Bee — come to Canada!
That would be great if they did!
