What do you wear when the outfit you wanted to wear has a busted zipper, you have to be at work a bit early, you have a very important meeting at work where you need to look professional, yet are attending a fashion event later in the evening, with no time to change? Ta-da! This is my result. Not really high-fashion, but I have to make my 9-5 the priority, and I feel really good in this dress.
I hesitated on purchasing this dress, but each time I wear it I am so glad I got it. The only issue is that is wrinkles, but that is to be expected with cotton! I really need to get some nude heels to wear with it come summer so it will look great sans cardigan.
If you follow me on Facebook, you may remember a couple of months ago I posted about Shoewoo, an online shoe store going out of business. They had all their remaining stock on drastic sale, and I was able to score these shoes for around $17.00. Love Nine West, they are on trend without being trendy, good quality without killing the budget, and they fit my chubby little piggies!

I love the dress on you!!! I saw a similar one in Matalan (UK store) when I was in Liverpool last year but I hesitated because I thought it would look odd on me. I should have tried it on…. big regrets now!
