Crazy that just a couple months ago this shirt was too tight to button! I have had this blouse (and the same one in emerald green) for YEARS (at least six see the first time I wore the green one on this blog here) and I can't imagine not having them in my wardrobe.  Ann Taylor has similar colored silk blouses this year, but I love how these have a classic silhouette that won't be out of fashion in a year (or six!).

A couple of weeks ago, I helped my friend Izolda with one film from her One-Minute Movies project.  Well the film is finished!  If you ever wanted to know what my voice sounds like, check out Mrs. Butterman in the film below (I do love myself in pink!).

Ah, nothing is better than stating aloud your feelings – if they are not positive for some reason, admitting them causes them to go sunny. I woke up on the right side of the bed and decided to get a bit creative with my clothing. Purple merino sweater dress from Goodwill. Yeppers you read that…

  1. Bwahaha, didn’t think anyone was *dying* to hear it, but many bloggers do vlogs and I haven’t done one. I know I am always curious to hear what bloggers actually sound like… though my best friend says it doesn’t sound like me in the video – too “stern mommy” sounding compared to my everyday voice 🙂

  2. Bahahaha! I guess I didn’t know that I was *dying* to know what you sounded like until you gave me the option!

  3. You know I love colour so this outfit gets a thumbs up from me!

Although, do you not find that silk shirts are terrible for sweat patches??  Have never tried them personally but my friend assures me that it’s a disaster zone if you are even the tiniest bit nervous/stressed/hot …

  4. Rocking those fab shoes – and if you’ll forgive me for sounding somewhat Victorian, my, that’s a finely turned ankle above them too.  Looking good, gal!

(And sounding very warm and friendly as the delightful Mrs B…)

  5. Totally not what I would have ever expected you to sound like. Not that I have any idea how I expected you to sound, but it wasn’t like that.

    Outfit…great.

    Film…creepy.
