Morning yoga class. We walk there and back, and it was a lovely day for being outside. Olive ribbed tank from J. Crew, white ribbed tank from Old Navy, cropped camo pants with orange and hot pink embroidery on the back of the leg from Express, Reef “Sandy” flip flops in black.
Hair washed the night before and allowed to air dry. Brushed the ends with a wood-bristled paddle brush.
Face is makeup free, just some Body Shop SPF 15 Vitamin E facial moisturizer.
The rest of the day was spent hanging around the house, doing errands, and then my sister came over for dinner. Very low key and nothing super fancy was donned post-yoga.
And here is a photo of my bathroom with the zebra shower curtain. My husband admits that it has grown on him, and my sister and mom both have stopped by and said they like it a lot. I love how the mirror is all zebra in the picture, very fun!

New pants! These were originally $110 but on sale for $49.50 at Ann Taylor. They are charcoal with a gray faint stripe on them and the sort of fabric that can be worn year-round. Nice flat waist with a tab waistband so it doesn’t dig, it doesn’t roll, it doesn’t highlight a muffin top. Hurrah. …
I’m always on the hunt for the perfect summer dress. That dress that doesn’t require special undergarments, will cover my bra, will hide sweat stains, isn’t too tight but isn’t a muumuu, not too long but I can pick something up off the ground without flashing the world, can dress up and down with ease,…
Black dress – Merona for Target (no longer available) Teal suede pumps – Jessica Simpson “Terrance” (no longer available) Silver necklace – Ann Taylor (no longer available) An early start today, but my husband was also up early so he tried to take a picture of my outfit before I left today. Still dark out,…
Bit of a late night, so a rougher morning. I pretty much got up, brushed hair and teeth, slapped on some garments and headed out. Black ribbed crewneck sweater from Chico’s (2005), dark denim pencil skirt from Gap (2006), black fottless tights from Old Navy (2006), tan Bern boots from Suo (2007), silver necklace from…

I’m with the rest–LOVE IT! Awesome!!! unlike mine which looks like fireworks threw up in it thanks to the DH’s attempts at “ragging” the walls…in red, white, and blue (yes, it’s even worse than it sounds!)
You have gorgeous skin and fab eyelashes

The bathroom looks great!
I love the shower curtain with the turquoise walls! Normally I’m not a huge fan of animal prints, but they look really good together. Good choice.
I love that shower curtain! Very hip! I need to redo my bathroom. Thanks for sharing.
the zebra print looks great with that wall color!
Your bathroom looks amazing! You’re quite the decorator. Great taste.
