Woke up far too early on a Sunday to visit my mom's house (I was house sitting). Pick up the paper, feed the cat, bond with the cat, water the garden before it got warm. then I drove to the airport to pick my mom up after her trip to Long Island. Stopped by her house to freshen up, then we met my husband for brunch at a casual little place near our house where we sat out on their patio and I had a perfectly spicy Bloody Mary. After that, did some laundry, washed some dishes, changed the sheets and watched some Netflix with the hubby. Very relaxing day that ended early due to being up at the crack of dawn.
Black Jack Daniels tee shirt; that morning I decided to cut out the neck band and the hems of the sleeves and stretch the neck a bit. My Joe's Jeans, silver hoops and cuff bracelet, black “Sandy” flops from Reef.
Hair was second day, used a dryer and round brush to straighten out a few pieces.
Makeup is Body Shop bronzing powder in Light, Body Shop Eye Definer in Black around both lash lines (inner and outer), Maybelline UltraLiner in black on top lash line, Max Factor Lash Perfection mascara in black on curled lashes, Body Shop Liquid Lip Color in Sparkling Pink.

When I was in a sorority in college, we were told to never “double letter.” That meant wearing your sorority’s Greek letters on more than one item of clothing, say “billboard” letters on a sweatshirt with a hat embroidered with them. It was a major faux pas and it was a style rule I stuck…
