This post is brought to you by cabi. I love how cabi always keeps their fashion fresh, and how each collection styles nicely with each other. Just this week, cabi’s Fashion Flash launched, a small capsule of pieces from the Spring 2018 collection. These pieces blend beautifully with the current collection and give a taste… Continue Reading What I Wore: Cabi Fashion Flash
Though it may be snowing outside in the Nation’s Capital, I know it will be toasty warm in my office. I never understand why bad weather forces women to look like shlumps. The majority of people going to work in this country walk less than a block from their cars through freshly plowed and salted… Continue Reading Wednesday

I used to post how I looked every day – work and casual. I got lazy with it, not enough time, etc. Well this is a typical look for me when I work from home. Not gussied up, but I feel as though I am far more productive and comfortable if I wouldn’t be utterly… Continue Reading Casual Wednesday

Yep, DC area born and bred! Glad to have you here, I also write at http://www.wardrobeoygen.com about fashion for real people. Hope I can be of help and don’t be a stranger! ๐
this is funny! i wondered if you live in D.C. when i saw you refer to “the Metro” in one of your posts! i live in NOVA, and this is *so* true!
this is my first time on your blog. i need HELP! with my wardrobe, and I Googled “Mommy fashion Blogs” and yours came up! i’ll be watching your blog for help, now that I know about your posts, and we’re in the same geographic area (so same weather and stores!)
haha, as soon as it started I knew it was the same guy who did the Arlington Rap. Hilarious.
the arlington rap is also money.
but yes, this metro one is so spot-on!
Oh this made me laugh, gonna make G watch it when he gets home! Any time we go into D.C. we take the metro (unless we’re going to dinner where there’s valet). I think the best part of taking it is watching the tourists who have never been on a freakin’ subway system before. It’s not hard, but damn do they get perplexed.
