I rarely post the same exact outfit twice, but the last time I wore this outfit the pictures were pretty blurry. Also, it's such a simple ensemble, perfect for a morning where I don't feel terribly creative.
How was everyone's weekend? Friday night we went for sushi with my sister; I had plans to attend a neighbor's party that evening but was just too tuckered out from the week. Saturday was pretty relaxed – that evening we had my sister over and made DIY pizzas. Sunday we were supposed to go to my friend's house for a Superbowl party but both Emerson and my husband woke feeling sick. So while they slept most of the day I got a lot of laundry-based chores accomplished.
I washed all the laundry in the house, sewed buttons onto garments that were lacking them, fixed some split seams and dropped hems, ironed a few pieces that were too wrinkled to wear, hung up all the clothes that were still in baskets. Made me realize how many red, pink and orange items are in my closet!
